First of all you’ll need to add the BPC_ImpactFX where your character/shooting mechanics is

After that, you’ll REQUIRE the Out Hit from a LineTrace, so the effects can spawn correctly

Now you just call the Handle Impact function and it’s done
After setting this up, you’ll need to add the Physical Material to the corresponding mesh/object or inside the Master/Instance, or just in the “Override Physical Material” tab in the object Details.
